* 10/15/2008 - I have filed my case with EEOC. The same has been communicated to the ex-employer. The detailed charges can be seen here.
* 11/27/2008 - I received this letter from Payroll with a threat regarding wanting bogus money and 'adjustment' to W2.
* 03/15/2009 - I did receive the W2 and was able to file my tax return.
